Web Presses
Large Capacity, Fast Turnaround, Total Flexibility
Web offset lithography printing is typically used for large quantity print runs of magazines, catalogs and newspapers. All of our web offset presses are capable of
quickly producing many thousands of copies.
We have many of these web presses which means we have the capacity to print millions of copies in a short time-frame. So we can get your job done on time, every time.
Our modern, state-of-the-art web offset presses include Heidelberg, MAN Roland and Harris. They run nearly twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week producing
crisp, brilliant, multicolored results.
With our in-house mail and distribution facilities, we can merge/purge, postal presort,
CASS certify and generate selective inkjet tapes. With polybag shrink wrap or
wafer seal capabilities, your final product will arrive promptly and safely.
It starts with you uploading your mailing list to our FTP site. We also have
a large trucking network serving the United States and Canada.
Cold Web Presses
Not Just Newspapers Anymore
We also feature cold, or UV web offset printing. Unlike standard heat set web presses, cold web presses don't have ovens or refrigeration systems. The ink is air dried.
Cold web presses only print on uncoated stock.
While cold web printing services are often used for newspapers, our systems can also be used for one and two color catalogs, magazines, telephone books, real-estate
booklets, college schedules, brochures and direct mail inserts. Our cold web presses can print with as much as a 175-line screen. This produces a higher resolution
result for halftones, color photos and screens.
Sheet-Fed Presses
Shorter Runs And Outstanding Quality
Unlike web presses, which print on rolls of continuous feed paper, sheet-fed presses print on sheets of paper of varying widths and lengths. Our sheet-fed presses
are used to produce short runs of brilliant quality magazines, catalogs, posters, post cards, flyers, pamphlets, direct mail inserts and booklets.
